Byke Hospitality has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is to be held on February 03, 2016, to consider and adopt the Un-Audited Financial Accounts for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2015. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s scrip by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from January 28, 2016 to February 05, 2016 in terms of SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
