Smiths & Founders (India) has informed that pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors and Designated Officers of the Company for the purpose of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015, from February 04, 2016 to February 16, 2016 and will re-open from February 17, 2016.
