Ultramarine & Pigments has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016 to consider Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. Further the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for the period from February 01, 2016 to February 13, 2016. Accordingly all the directors, officers and designated employees are advised not to trade in shares of the Company during the period of closure of trading window as stated above.
