Tara Jewels has informed that the management of the Company has decided to re-strategize the domestic retail business to adapt to the current regulatory environment. In the medium- to- long-term the Company proposes to continue to expand its retail footprint through the Shop-in-Shop model and explore options of the asset light franchise model. This strategy will help the Company achieve faster expansion with lesser capital allocation. In this regard, the Company has relocated one of its shop-in-shop outlets from Bhopal to Mumbai, Andheri Shoppers Stop.
