Kavveri Telecom Products gets approval for acquisition of RF Company, Europe

Kavveri Telecom, the telecom product manufacturer has received an approval for the acquisition of an RF Company in Europe. The company has received an approval for acquisition at its board meeting held on May 20, 2011.

The RF solutions and products provided by this European Company are considered word class, not only addresses a key technology requirement for the company, but will also provide a further opportunity to improve their business performance by leveraging Kavveri’s low cost high value manufacturing capabilities.

This acquisition will further facilitate Kavveri to go one step ahead in its strategic initiative of making its facilities in India the global manufacturing hub. This acquisition will also expand Kavveri’s sales channel for their products in key world markets in Europe, Africa and Latin America.

Recently, the company secured its first order for contract manufacturing from a European company for its product. The order was valued worth Rs 75 crore and with bagging of this order the company had achieved a major milestone towards making company a Global Manufacturing Hub. The company now had established its presence in European market after already having its presence in North America, India and other Asian markets.
