Tech Mahindra has informed that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on February 01, 2016 approved the grant of 64,000 options to new joiner and 3,669,300 options to the existing employees under ESOP-2014 plan of the Company, convertible in to an aggregate of 3,733,300 equity shares of the Company.
