Acknit Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 11, 2016, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2015. In this Connection, as per Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window will remain closed for all the directors/ officers/ designated employees of the Company from February 02, 2016 to February 12, 2016.
