Sterling Biotech informs about change of financial year

Sterling Biotech has informed that the Company was following a Calendar Year as the accounting year till December, 2014. The Company had at the last Annual General Meeting held on June 30, 2015 passed the special resolution for change in financial year from December to March in compliance of the Companies Act, 2013. The next financial year of the Company will be for fifteen months i.e. from January 01, 2015 to March 31, 2016.
