Sterling International Enterprises informs about change of financial year

Sterling International Enterprises has informed that the Company was following 30 June as the accounting year till June, 2015. The Company had at the last Annual General Meeting held on December 31, 2015 passed the special resolution for change in financial year from June to March in compliance of the Companies Act, 2013. The next financial year of the Company will be for nine months i.e. from July 01, 2015 to March 31, 2016.
