Kamdhenu Ispat informs about closure of trading window

Kamdhenu Ispat has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/ Nine Months ended December 31, 2015. Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report, Trading by Insiders, the trading window for the dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from February 04, 2016 till February 15, 2016.
