Ardi Investments & Trading Company has informed that the Company will be submitting Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 and the Board meeting of the directors will be held on February 11, 2016, to consider and take on record un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further, the trading window, as described in ‘Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading’ of the Company will remain closed for the above purpose from February 02, 2016 till expiry of 48 hours of publication of the unaudited financial results of the Company to the stock exchanges in terms of the listing agreement.
