With reference to the earlier letter dated January 02, 2016 intimating that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting scheduled to be held on February 09, 2016 will consider and approve the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015, Power Finance Corporation has now informed that the Board of Directors at the said meeting, are also likely to consider declaration of second interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16.
