Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 12, 2016, to approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine month period ended December 31, 2015. Further, in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in RCF’s Equity Shares / Securities will remain closed for all Directors / Employees of the Company during the period from February 04, 2016 to February 14, 2016.
