Emmsons International informs about closure of trading window

Emmsons International has informed that a meeting the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 11, 2016, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and Others covered under the Code from February 04, 2016 to February 13, 2016. This closure of the Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is schedule to be held on February 11, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015.
