Further, the Trading Window in the shares of the Company will remain closed from February 04, 2016 to February 16, 2016 in connection with the Board Meeting to be held on February 12, 2016 to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2015 for the F.Y. 2015-2016.
