ABB India fixes book closure for dividend

ABB India has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from April 20, 2016 to April 26, 2016 for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on April 26, 2016. The dividend, if declared at the 66th Annual General Meeting, will be paid on and from April 28, 2016.
