Raghuram who is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, and Shamsher Singh Rawat, IAS as a director on the Board of the Company as nominated by Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation Limited (APIDC), with immediate effect.
