Entegra informs about closure of trading window

Entegra has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016, to consider the Un- Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015. Further, pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors and Designated Employees during the period from February 05, 2016 to February 17, 2016 in view of the Meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016 for considering and taking on record the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2015.
