Hemang Resources informs about closure of trading window

Hemang Resources has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for Third Quarter ended December 31, 2015 and other routine matters. In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the directors, designated employees and officers of the Company from February 05, 2016 to February 12, 2016 until forty eight hours after communication of proceedings of the said Board meeting to the Stock Exchanges.
