Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, to take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. Further, in view of the ensuing Board Meeting, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors / KMPs / Designated Employees / Connected Persons from February 03, 2016 to February 15, 2016 in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
