Camson Bio Technologies has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended December 31, 2015. For the purpose of the above and as per the Company’s Policy for Prohibition of Insider Trading and as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed from February 05, 2016 to February 12, 2016 for the specified persons as per the Policy.
