Jayatma Spinners informs about closure of trading window

Jayatma Spinners has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter / Nine Months ended December 31, 2015. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Director and Designated Persons from February 10, 2016 to February 16, 2016 and the same will reopen on February 17, 2016.
