Housing Development and Infrastructure has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3). In terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain close from February 06, 2016 to February 15, 2016.
