Fineotex Chemical informs about closure of trading window

Fineotex Chemical has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016 to consider the Unaudited financial results for the quarter December 31, 2015. Therefore, pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities is now closed with immediate effect till February 14, 2016. Accordingly, directors / designated employees of the Company and their dependent family members are now prohibited from trading in the Company’s securities during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
