With reference to the earlier letter dated January 27, 2016 regarding the Board Meeting to consider, un-audited financial results for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2015 was scheduled on February 11 2016, Subex has now informed that for the convenience of the Directors, the Management has decided to advance the date of the Board Meeting. Hence, the Board Meeting is re-scheduled for February 10, 2016 at Mumbai.
