Digjam informs about updates on scheme of amalgamation

With reference to the earlier letter dated December 18, 2015, in connection with the Scheme of Amalgamation between Digjam Limited and Digjam Textiles Limited (the companies) and their respective creditors and shareholders. Digjam has now informed that final hearing which was scheduled on February 10, 2016 before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat has been adjourned to February 17, 2016.
