Parsvnath Developers terminates development agreement with RLDA

Parsvnath Developers has terminated the development agreement with Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) due to certain disputes between RLDA and PRLPPL. The disputes arising under the development agreement are pending adjudication before Arbitral Tribunals

The company through its associate company, Parsvnath Rail Land Project (PRLPPL) had earlier entered into development agreement with RLDA for implementation of project at Sarai Rohila-Kishanganj, New Delhi.

Parsvnath Developers has diversified portfolio, which includes, integrated townships, group housing, commercial complexes, hotels, IT parks, among others.
