ITC to invest Rs 800 crore in Odisha to set up hotel property and food processing park

Diversified conglomerate ITC is planning to invest Rs 800 crore in Odisha over the next few years to set up a hotel property and a food processing park in the state. The hotel property will come up in Bhubaneshwar, while the food processing park details are being worked out. The company will invest about Rs 630 crore in the food processing park and the rest of the money will be invested in the hotel.

ITC has business a interests in cigarettes, hotels, paperboards and specialty papers, packaging, agri-business, packaged foods and confectionery, information technology, branded apparel, personal care, stationery, safety matches and other FMCG products.
