With reference to the earlier letter dated September 25, 2015, Nelco has now informed that the Company’s financial year 2014-16 (18 months) will end on March 31, 2016. The Company will publish its Consolidated audited annual financial results for the year ended March 31, 2016 within the specified period of sixty days from the end of the financial year. In View of this, the Company will not be submitting/publishing Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter & year ended March 31, 2016.
