California Software Company has received an approval for sale of property situated at No.149, Velachery Tambaram Main Road, Pallikarnai, Chennai, pursuant to consent given by shareholders by way of postal ballot. The board has authorized Managing Director and Director for executing the sale transaction. The board of directors at its meeting held on February 16, 2016 has approved for the same.
