With reference to the earlier letter dated January 18, 2016 regarding the Boards approval for appointment of Guenter Butschek as an Additional Director and Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director (CEO& MD) of the Company and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Tata Motors has informed that the Company has completed the necessary formalities in connection with the appointment and Guenter Butschek has joined the Company with effect from February 15, 2016.
