Vertex Securities informs about board meeting

Vertex Securities has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 22, 2016, to consider, the matter of issue and allotment of the Equity Shares of the Company on Preferential basis to non promoter investors and also as may be required, to fix up the date, time and venue of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company for this purpose. In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for all the Directors and the Designated Persons from February 17, 2016 till the expiry of 48 hours from the time the Outcome is communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the Meeting i.e. February 24, 2016.
