Pincon Spirit acquires Orbitol Solutions

Pincon Spirit (PSL) through Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) has acquired Orbitol Solutions Pte. (OSPL). There are strategic plans to have OSPL as subsidiary company of PSL. OSPL is engaged in the business of Merchant Trading and Agri Commodities and their business is dispersed throughout South East Asia.

This strategic ODI would enable PSL to export its own brand of ‘Ultra Force XXX Jamaican Rum’ to the South East Asian Market. Simultaneously PSL would be importing foreign made liquor and pulses of foreign produce for marketing the same in India.

Pincon Spirit is engaged in the business of Blending, Bottling and Wholesale Distribution of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) Products viz. Rum, Whisky, Vodka, Brandy and Beer (alcoholic beverage).
