Gayatri BioOrganics has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2016, has considered and approved the Policy for Preservation of Documents as per Regulation 9 SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015; the Board approved the Archival Policy as per Regulation 30 SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015; and the Board approved the Policy for Determination of Material Events as per Regulation 30 SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015.
