Kennametal India informs about resignation of CFO

Kennametal India has informed that D Parameswara Reddy, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company has resigned with effect from February 17, 2016. The Board of Directors by way of circular resolution passed on February 17, 2016, has accepted his resignation with effect from February 17, 2016. The Board will appoint his successor in due course.
