With reference to the earlier letter dated February 02, 2016 regarding the Company had fixed February 26, 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of Redemption of NCD, ECL Finance has now informed that the said Record Date i.e. February 26, 2016 is also for the purpose of Payment of Interest.
