Tamilnadu Petroproducts informs about updates on outcome of board meeting

Tamilnadu Petroproducts has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 01, 2016 decided to appoint D. Senthikumar as Additional and Whole-Time Director (Operations) effective from the date of his joining. D. Senthikumar has joined the Company on February 01, 2016. He will also be the KMP under Section 203 (1) (i) of the Companies Act, 2013.
