FIIs stood as net sellers in equities and debt on May 20, 2011: SEBI

The FIIs on Friday were net sellers in equities and debt segments, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2112.10 crore against gross sell of Rs 2119.20 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 7.10 crore in equities on May 20, 2011.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1223.40 crore with gross sales of Rs 1306.70 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 83.20 crore in debt on May 20, 2011.
