Integrated Capital Services has informed that the Board of Directors, by passing of a resolution by circulation, on February 16, 2016, has accepted the resignation of Shivani Arora, from the office of Company Secretary & Compliance officer with effect from February 09, 2016. The Board of Directors has appointed Monisha Meghna as Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from February 16, 2016. The Company is yet to appoint a Company Secretary of the Company and that the Company shall be doing shortly.
