Yes Bank informs about allotment of shares

Yes Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 105,050 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on February 24, 2016 under the JESOP V & PESOP II - 2010. The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs 4,202,366,110 consisting of 420,236,611 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 4,203,416,610 consisting of 420,341,661 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
