Tata Steel submits copy of press release

Tata Steel has informed that Dr. Karl Koehler, Member of the Board of Directors (Board) of the Company has decided to step down from the Board effective February 29, 2016. Effective the same day, Dr. Koehler has also decided to step down as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Tata Steel Europe (Company’s Subsidiary). In this connection, the Company has submitted a copy of Press Release dated February 24, 2016 titled ‘Tata Steel announces leadership changes in Tata Steel Europe’.
