Mahasagar Travels has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2016, has considered and approved the Appointment of New Additional Director. The Chairman of the meeting informed that Kavita Bachani has accorded her consent to be appointed as Additional Director of the company. The Board discussed the matter and thereby approved her appointment with effect from January 19, 2016 and Prakashbhai K. Kakkad and/or Bhagchand G. Sukhwani and/or Kartikumar R. Upadhyay is authorized to sign any documents, file e-forms with Roc/forms and do all such act, deeds and things as required.
