CyberTech Systems and Software informs about outcome of committee meeting

CyberTech Systems and Software has informed that Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 25, 2016 granted 640,000 ESOPs (Grant price Rs 36.10 per ESOP) to various employees under ESOP scheme of the Company. Further Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Board of Directors of Company at its meeting held on February 25, 2016 allotted 50,000 Equity Shares to the employee of the Company and 25,000 Equity Shares to the employee of subsidiary Company on exercise of ESOPs.
