Xchanging Solutions has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 26, 2016, has considered and approved the suppression of the Resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on February 27, 2015 with respect to reduction of share capital by return of Rs 5 per share to the Shareholders of the Company, the Board has decided not to proceed with the process for reduction of Share Capital; and the Board has appointed Mayank Jain as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.
