Wind turbine major Suzlon Energy’s one of the promoters (Samanvaya Holdings) sold around 2.08% in the company for Rs 100 crore through open market transactions. Post the sale of shares, Samanvaya Holdings's stake in Suzlon Energy has fallen to 1.86% from 3.94% previously. The sale reduced the overall share of promoter group in Suzlon to 52.76% from 54.84%.
