Lakshmi Overseas Industries to hive-off Power division into separate subsidiary company

Lakshmi Overseas Industries has received an approval for hiving-off of Power division of the company into a separate subsidiary company. The board of directors at its meeting held on March 01, 2016 has approved for the same.

The company has also received approval for hiving-off of Logistics and Warehousing division of the company into a separate subsidiary company.

Lakshmi Overseas Industries is one of the largest food grain processing companies in India and in the world.
