Sonata Software has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 09, 2016, to consider and declare Second Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16. Further, in view of the ensuing Board Meeting, the ‘Trading Window’ shall remain closed from March 04, 2016 and shall open 48 hours after the declaration of aforesaid dividend is made public.
