Kabra Extrusiontechnik board to consider interim dividend

Kabra Extrusiontechnik has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 09, 2016, to consider and approve the declaration of Interim Dividend. In accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from March 04, 2016 to March 11, 2016.
