Rupa & Company board to consider interim dividend

Rupa & Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 11, 2016, to consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16 and Fixation of record date for the same, if declared. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons including Directors of the Company and their immediate relatives on and from March 02, 2016 to March 14, 2016.
