Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization, has been recognized as a ‘leader’ in the IDC MarketScape report, ‘Worldwide Manufacturing PLM Systems Integrator and BPO Services 2015 Vendor Assessment’.

IDC MarketScape assessed 10 players with annual revenue of at least $1 billion that offer systems integration, application development and maintenance, and BPS for a portfolio of product life-cycle management (PLM) processes at customer sites, or support for other product development processes and engineering services on an ongoing basis.

The report highlights TCS’ distinct capabilities as a PLM system integration leader, its expertise and strong technical knowledge, and its growing focus on emerging technologies such as mobility, cloud and analytics. It also mentions TCS’ expanding investments in PLM and engineering services, which are highest among vendors reviewed.
